Comfortable building, helpful, responsive staff, covered parking, close to French Quarter, energy efficient units, washer / dryer in each unit. Feel safe so far, attractive landscaping, staff keeps property clean and tidy. Public transportation at the front door. A store providing prepared foods, drinks, and basic store items located on ground floor of Aloysius. Get on the wait list for an apartment!

You need to know up front that all windows only open 4 inches. Staff is excellent and very helpful. So far, neighbors I've met are great. Having a parking space is super nice and I think the apartments are sound insulated pretty well. It's stupid design to have bedrooms up against bedrooms with cable outlets on certain walls so people's beds are head to head, but whatever, it's still nice. Also, the fixtures are cheap and the water is not hot. Great location and pet friendly. Clean, well-kept, and it is nice to have security gates and lights. Again, the staff is excellent.

Quiet.Safe.Secure.Friendly/calm environment.Respectful and friendly neighbors. A great start for my son and I. I cant wait until everything is complete Im very anxious..
